All prices are subject to change without notice, but the item shall be invoiced at the price as applicable on the moment of your purchase. All orders are accepted subject to availability of merchandise.

Our standard and express delivery terms apply on all accepted orders. 

Changes to orders may incur additional charges, and your delivery date may be affected. GEMACO will do its utmost to deliver your ordered items as soon as possible. Once your order has been submitted, you will get a confirmation of your order by email.

If some items should not be available after you placed your order, a contact person will contact you ASAP and inform you about the estimated date of delivery of the new stock. You may wish to select an alternative item if this delivery date for one or more items does not suit you.

Terms of Sale:

The Price is mentioned in the currency as indicated, including all taxes (VAT and other taxes), but without bank, processing, transfer and/or transportation costs. Any bank, processing, transfer and/or transportation costs are at your expense. All orders will be debited in euro (EUR) from your chosen credit card.

Any payment for an item needs to be done via our own approved payment processing company. The purchase of an item shall only be effective upon confirmation of your purchase.

All measurements are approximate and are given as a guidance only.

Delivery:

Items in stock will be shipped within five (5) working days after receipt of our order confirmation and after payment. Standard delivery services will be used. If you choose a non-stocked item, the time of delivery might be longer but you will notified by email on the timing. All online orders must be shipped, local pickup is not available.

All items are subject to availability. Where an item is not currently in stock and a due date is quoted, this is given in good faith based on information from our manufacturer. These estimated due dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

We will do our utmost to fulfil your orders in a timely manner with most care.

In case you receive a wrong item, you need to send it back to us within fourteen (14) days after you have received it. Any return freight must be prepaid by you. We shall replace the item at our own costs and reimburse you any return freight costs prepaid by you within thirty (30) days after receipt of your request and the proof of the freight costs.

A reimbursement shall always take place through the same payment route as you used for the actual payment of the item.

Any item that you return, should be sent back in the original packaging.

If applicable, any item that you send back which is used, altered, washed, worn, in poor condition or which is not returned in its original packaging containing all labels, instructions or which is missing certain items, will not receive a credit or refund, or be reimbursed. If replacements are not available we will gladly offer you an alternative item or reimburse you. If a parcel or package is damaged at arrival, caused by the delivering company/freight forwarder, you can refuse the shipment, or sign for the package stating the degree of damage. All original packing material of damaged items should be retained for any claim eligibilities.

You have the right to cancel your purchase of the item within fourteen (14) days after the purchase of the item, without any damages or without any reason.

Notwithstanding the above or anything that might be interpreted to the contrary, we shall always comply with the applicable laws and/or regulations, including but not limited to the applicable consumer protection laws and/or regulations.

Any purchase of an item shall be subject to the laws of Belgium. In case of any dispute, only the courts of Brussels (Belgium) will have jurisdiction.

How to order?

  1. Choose your item by clicking on the picture or the product description.
  2. Enter quantity and click the Add To Cart button.
  3. Click on View Cart to get an overview of the selected items. Click on Continue Shopping to add more items or click on the Checkout button to finalize your order.
  4. When confirming your order please make sure that billing and shipping address are correct (or change them if needed).
  5. Before finalizing the order you will have to accept the terms and conditions.
  6. Click on the Place Order button to confirm your order.
  7. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
